By requesting a quote, scheduling work, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
By contacting Crosby Concrete LLC electronically, you consent to receive communications from us in electronic form. You agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.
Our services are not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
We may reference or link to third-party resources. Crosby Concrete LLC does not control these resources, and is not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Inclusion of a link or reference does not mean endorsement.
Content provided by Crosby Concrete LLC (including images, text, logos, and other materials) is owned or licensed by us and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, alter, or redistribute our content without written permission.
We operate in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with local laws.

Crosby Concrete LLC delivers all information and services “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages relating to your use of our services.
We strive to fulfill projects efficiently but cannot guarantee completion dates due to weather, site conditions, or unforeseen issues. We ask that you provide access to work sites during normal business hours:

Crosby Concrete LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion, in cases of noncompliance with these Terms or applicable laws. Where possible, we will notify you of the issue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
Crosby Concrete LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
